Why did you start MH&W?
Our current healthcare system is “broken”.
I started MH&W to share my journey with others, offering hope and healing the way GOD intended! Matrix Health & Wellness is more than a clinic - it’s a movement toward living your life to your fullest, healthiest life.
I wanted to bring change in the way we do Healthcare here in the United States. Our current healthcare system is broke. People are getting sicker and dying younger than ever before. At MH&W, we offer real root cause solutions, no matter the diagnosis; YES EVEN CANCER. No matter where you start from, you are welcome here, and together, we’ll build a foundation for lifelong vitality.

Who is Amanda Benton?
Amanda Benton - Married to Mickey Benton for 25 Years. We have 8 children, 6 of which are adults and 2, 16-year old teenagers still living at home. We have 12 grandchildren.
After God, we believe family is the most valuable commodity on the planet Earth.
Health and fitness has been our way of life, our entire life. Growing up Amanda was a super star athlete, earning a scholarship for basketball at College of The Ozarks.
In 2004, Amanda won the prestigious title of Mrs. Arkansas America, where she promoted her platform right here in Saline County, being one of the four founders of Saline County’s Abstinence program called, “The Real Deal”.
In 2014, Amanda won the ever famous title of IFBB - Arkansas’ Master Figure Champion.
In 2023, her health took an unexpected turn when she discovered a lump on her breast. It was this cancer diagnosis that prompted her to take a different approach to medicine and she began to study the science of nutrition more in-depth and realizing the vital role it has on the body’s ability to heal itself. Through a guided nutritional approach, she integrated Red-Light Therapy, HBOT therapy, IV-Therapy, a specific exercise protocol, minimized stress and created a nutritional plan to her own body.
With the guidance of her creator, the Almighty God, through prayer, along with the love and support of her family and community, after nine long months she went into remission.
